RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it only if there is any wear & tear. In case of size related issues, we will provide you with the replacement as per the availability of stock.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in form of Store Credits. You’ll get a store coupon which can be used to purchase anything at https://nikkar.in/.
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days.
(Amount of) Customize product request raised by customer will not be refunded. Can be changed or replaced by other product only if there is any wear & tear. In case of size related issues, we will provide you with the replacement.
Shipping amount of Cash On Delivery (if any) is non refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as we do not have a return shipping right now.
If you receive a refund, the cost of “Cash On Delivery Shipping” and applicable GST will be deducted from your refund.
